This striking Victorian building occupies a triangular plot near Old Street in the heart of what has become known as tech roundabout or tech city and is reminniscent of the famous Flatiron building in New York - on a much reduced scale. The beautiful ex-furniture warehouse structure envelops seven floors of well-lit office space mainly occupied by a European business college. A multitude of interwoven HVAC systems and a highly unusual shape proved challenging to model but ultimately resulted in another happy client.
