Royal Philharmonic Orchestra

We were honored to receive a request from the world-famous Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, the UK's leading classical music ensemble, to conduct an urgent assessment of their property on Clerkenwell Green. Their existing Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) was on the verge of expiration, a consequence of the April 2023 regulatory changes, which would have rendered their continued occupancy illegal. This was despite their proactive efforts to enhance the energy efficiency of their premises through retrofitting. Our swift assessment confirmed their compliance with Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) regulations, ensuring they obtained the necessary certification within the allotted time frame.
