Commercial EPC City of London Case Study

Furniture Maker's Company

12 Austin Friars, London, UK

EPC C/C

Austin Friars, City

Property Description

We were delighted to survey two floors at the beautiful home of The Furniture Maker's Company in Austin Friars in the City of London. This stunning grade II listed building was once the first headquarters of the RNLI. In only surveying two individual floors we were able to obtain much better ratings than the overall building EPC which was an 'E' - the minimum legal limit. We observed that the old EPC had been conducted in 2006, knowing how the metrics have changed in the intervening years we could safely reassure the Company that new individual EPCs would likely be higher - and indeed both came out as band 'C'.
