This crown jewel amongst our projects, the ex-Naval Club in the heart of prestigious Mayfair represented a considerable challenge, with in excess of 100 rooms the physical site survey alone was a feat. You would be forgiven for thinking this looked like a residential property - it was anything but. Whilst being the largest townhouse in Mayfair and the former playground of politicians and princes this was very much a commercial building, and being at the centre of a property deal rumoured to be worth £100m following its closure due to the pandemic fast delivery and accuracy were utterly critical.
